from a tree which was collected in Italy in 1991

This larch conveys the feeling of a vey old mighty tree in the mountains. The rugged bark is a main feature of this bonsai. Also the long slanting branch to the right is very important. Sometimes I have considered to amputate this branch. But it would take away a valuable feature which makes this tree unique.
